AGA AAP AT THE AGA ANNUAL MEETING, SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA

AGA|AAP participated in the 2019 AGA Annual General meeting that took place on 17^th – 20^th  June 2019, Santa Barbara, California. The conference brought together chief legal officers of member states and jurisdictions drawn from across the US, Mexico, Middle East and Africa.  On 18^th  June 2019, the AGA Africa Alliance Partnership showcased its tremendous work in Africa and presented Pfizer Executive Vice President and General Counsel Mr. Douglas M. Lankler with the 2019 Rule of Law Leadership Award for his visionary guidance in growing the AAP’s groundbreaking work on the African continent.

Representing the Africa Alliance Partnership during the conference was: Ms. Fulata Lillian Shawa-Siyunyii, Director of Public Prosecutions, Zambia, Hon. Joe Abang, Attorney General, Cross River State, Nigeria and Mrs. Dorcas Agik Oduor, MBS, OGW, Secretary, Public Prosecutions who was representing the Director of Public Prosecutions of the Republic of Kenya, Mr. Noordin Haji.
